And so it begins…

Hi!

So with the cover artwork revealed, we need the first official post! Here it is…

Right now I’m cleaning up my manuscript. Small re-writes and edits. I work very quickly, so hope to have this ready to send to beta readers soon! For those who don’t know, these are a selected group of trusted people who’ll read through my story, tear it to pieces, and then make me cry.

The result is, me making the required changes (if I agree with them!) and then polishing the writing further before the next part of the process. Which is to (attempt) to get the book traditionally published! This is a long shot, so will most likely be self-publishing. More information on all of that, closer to the time.

Rest assured, though, that the novel is fully written. I keep reading the ending scene over and over! Just for my enjoyment, oh man. I can't wait for you to read the conclusion, and get invested in the story of Naye, and the rest of the bunch! Who I will be introducing soon.

I’m about halfway through the second draft. Touching up some slower scenes, removing dud moments. Just polishing the story. Then once that’s done, it’s off to the beta readers!

I need more artwork to show off some of the other characters. This is on the way! I’ll eventually add them to a gallery section on this website! Lots to do! All while juggling a marriage, a four-year-old, and two full-time jobs! However, I wrote the book start to finish in four months, so I’m pretty certain I got this.
