This means you still have time to apply to be an ARC reader for the book and possibly receive a physical copy of the book! It doesn’t matter if you finish after October 1st, as long as you leave a review as close to the release date, before or after as possible.

ARC readers generally receive an E-Book, however I am randomly picking some of my ARC readers to get physical copies. I have just received the last batch I will have until after release day. (pictured above)
